  • Golani is a luxury jewelry company that helps people cherish special moments with a new and unique concept, one-of-a-kind sound wave jewelry designed using their voice.

    These meaningful pieces are as innovative as they are special. Every piece of Golani jewelry is made-to-order and individually casted, allowing your message to be embedded at the molecular level and kept from fading away. There is no etching or laser cutting, which forcefully alters the material and disrupts a lifetime of memories.

    1. Choose a bracelet or ring style.
    2. Select the material and size.
    3. Record your special message by pressing the black "Record your message" button.
    4. After recording, a preview of your unique sound wave will appear. This shape will be used to generate the design of your one-of-a-kind fine jewelry.
    5. Once we receive your order, we create a 3D model of your jewelry and begin manufacturing.
    6. After polishing and a thorough inspection, we package your jewelry and ship it to you.
    7. Included as part of the packaging is an art print containing a unique QR code. Scan this QR code using your phone camera to automatically load a website built just for your message. Click play to hear the message or save it so you can take it with you everywhere you go.

  • Not at this time. Golani is actively considering opportunities that give customers the best experience possible. If/when Golani opens a showroom or popup store, customers will be the first to know.

Shipping & Returns

  • Our team moves quickly to fulfill your order as soon as it's placed! This means that we are often unable to make changes after an order has been placed. In some cases, there might be a tiny window of time where we can help you change your shipping address (or other order information). Please let us know at support@mygolani.com and our team will see what we can do.
  • At Golani, we stand behind our high-quality products, precise personalization and exceptional service because we know how important every life moment is, and we’re honored to be invited to each of yours.

    Each and every product we make is made to order and we ask that you please consider this before ordering. While we do not offer returns, we stand by our commitment to making the jewelry exactly how you order it.

    In the rare occasion that your item may have been damaged or you believe Golani has made a mistake with your order, please contact us at support@mygolani.com within 14 days of receiving your order and we will do everything we can to make it right.

  • If you have already placed an order please immediately reach out to us at support@mygolani.com. We will do our best to reroute the shipment
  • After an order is placed, you can expect to receive a few different updates:
    • when Golani has received the order
    • when manufacturing of your jewelry begins
    • when your jewelry has completed inspection and ships from our facility
    • when you can expect to receive your order

    For expedited orders, please note that processing an order may take up to one business day.

    If you have placed an order and have not received any updates, or 10 days has passed since your order date, please reach out to support@mygolani.com. Our customer experience team will be happy to help!

  • Our team moves quickly to fulfill your order as soon as it's placed! This means that we are often unable to cancel an order once it has been placed. In some cases, there might be a tiny window of time where we can help you cancel the order. If you would like to cancel an order, please reach out to Golani's customer experience team at support@mygolani.com as soon as possible and our team will see what we can do.
  • Golani currently ships within the United States, to all 50 states. Shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and APO/AFPO addresses may take longer than average.

    We are doing our best to formally bring Golani to those outside the US as soon as we can. If you live outside of the US and are interested, please reach out to Golani's customer experience team at hello@mygolani.com and our team will see what we can do.
